Since 1997 Majken has worked as a Personal Trainer.  She started her training career in Laguna Beach, CA.  In 2004 she left the O.C. and moved to L.A.  In 2001 she also helped launch the Personal Training service at SATS, Aarhus, Denmark, one of the leading fitness chains in the country!  She was ranked one of the Top 5 leading Personal Trainers in Denmark!

Clients: Novices to Athletes:  From Majken's line of work, where appearance is so important, she knows only too well the associated pressures and sacrifices required.  This has given her a deep compassion for those with low self esteem due to their appearance.  As a result, in her training sessions with clients, she emphasizes heavily on the importance of health and balance along with always pushing her clients to their individual limits, taking into consideration their age, fitness level, goals, life style, past and/or present injuries.  Her clients range from Novices to Athletes, Models to Elders.  Her training programs can be long-term or short-term depending on individual goals.

Correspondence/Writing:

2006-07:  L.A. Correspondent to the Danish fitness magazine "Workout & Fitness, published by "Mediactive Aps", Denmark.

In 2006 Majken became the L.A. Correspondent to the Danish fitness magazine "Workout & Fitness" (now "Energia").  She delivered monthly news, tips and information from the fitness industry in L.A., incl. additional articles on fitness and training.

Presenter/Speaker:

2006:  Head speaker at the Danish fitness convention "Feel Good", Herning, Denmark + similar events.

Fall of 2006 Majken was invited to appear as one of the head speakers at the Danish fitness convention "Feel Good" in Herning, Denmark.  That year she took the place of world known fitness expert Paul Chek.

During Majken's 75 minute long presentation she introduced the audience to:

• " L.I.S.T. Integrated Systematic Training", by Karl List, including myofascial release, proper breathing techniques, sequence core and peripheral stability components, functions and disfunction in major joint complexes, with demonstrations.

Furthermore she discussed the subject:
